Scope matters.This is workers-compensation recovery data, not a complete WHS incident dashboard. The frequency measure is SIRA claims per 100 OLG FTE; SIRA excludes disputed and reasonably excused claims. The all-self-insurer benchmark is an unweighted mean of 14 council-level results. Official release indexes were rechecked 23 July 2026.
